Qualifications
You possess proven leadership experience in motivating and nurturing teams within an operational context, ideally managing shift-based staff. Your interpersonal skills shine, and you are dedicated to being on-site at our locations for at least three days a week, essential for effectively managing our drivers and cultivating a robust team culture. You maintain composure under pressure, adeptly navigating conversations with both drivers and external partners. Your data-driven approach enables you to leverage key metrics as guiding tools for your decision-making. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven to facilitate positive change. Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level and English at B2 level is required. A valid Class B driver's license is necessary.
