POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Field Representative, you will play a crucial role in our grassroots initiatives by registering new voters, recruiting precinct committeemen and delegates, attending local GOP meetings, and building robust networks of grassroots activists within your designated area. Your responsibilities will also include data management, outreach to potential members and activists, delivering presentations, representing our organization at events, and devising innovative strategies to increase voter turnout. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, ensuring the success of voter engagement and recruitment efforts while embodying our core values of humility, determination, and innovative thinking.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
Commitment to executing all assigned duties and additional responsibilities as needed
A strong passion for conservative politics and election-related work
Adaptability and enthusiasm for a dynamic work setting
