As a Field Sales Associate, you'll engage with independent retailers, connect them to the ideal products, and expand your personal portfolio. This hybrid role combines outside sales, distribution, and wholesale, featuring both in-person store visits and remote selling opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
As the face of RepRally, you will cultivate and enhance your book of business by fostering relationships with independent retail stores. You'll introduce new accounts to our innovative platform and strengthen ties with existing ones. Provide expert guidance on our extensive catalogue, including up-and-coming brands and store incentives. Utilize the RepRally app to secure sales orders and achieve your weekly sales targets. Collaborate with your leadership team to strategize on account planning and initiatives to boost your sales volume. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Your Qualifications
A strong willingness to learn and a commitment to hard work , previous sales experience is not a prerequisite. Comfort in visiting stores in person and conducting sales over the phone is essential. Excellent communication skills are required; multilingual abilities are a plus. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary, along with a smartphone that has a data plan.
