This dynamic role combines the excitement of outside sales, distribution, and wholesale, featuring both in-person store visits and remote sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the representative of RepRally in the field by developing and managing your book of business with independent retail stores. Engage new accounts with our platform while nurturing existing relationships. Provide expert advice on our extensive catalogue, including emerging brands and available store incentives. Utilize the RepRally app to secure sales orders and meet your weekly sales targets. Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic account planning and tactics to drive volume growth. Address customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
What We Seek
A strong willingness to learn and a commitment to hard work , prior sales experience is not a requirement. Comfort in visiting stores in person and selling over the phone is essential. Excellent communication skills are a must; being multilingual is a bonus. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory. A smartphone with a data plan is also required.
