As a Field Service Engineer, you will utilize your expertise to enhance the operational processes and procedures of our Field Engineering team, ensuring the seamless integration and maintenance of PlusAI’s autonomous vehicle technology in both internal and customer vehicles. This role is pivotal in supporting the testing and deployment of autonomous vehicles, with a strong emphasis on remote monitoring, real-time interventions, and meticulous data logging. You will be actively involved in hands-on vehicle readiness for complex demonstration drives and fleet maintenance tasks. Specifically, your responsibilities will include riding in the vehicle to monitor system performance and sensor health, executing live testing and mileage accumulation, swiftly addressing field issues, and documenting all findings through daily reports and actionable engineering tickets for cross-functional teams.
