Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering, with substantial experience as a field service engineer, preferably in research, clinical, or diagnostics equipment. Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, fluidics, and optics, with a basic understanding of natural sciences, diagnostics, therapeutics, and biology considered an asset. Familiarity with imaging, flow cytometry, or cell sorting equipment will be advantageous. Fluency in both English and French is essential; proficiency in IT hardware and software tools is required. Possess excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities, and a strategic mindset to analyze and resolve technical issues. Willingness to travel regionally, domestically, and occasionally internationally is necessary.
