About the Role
As the Field Service Manager for the Americas region, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our field services are delivered safely, with high quality, and efficiently, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction. You will oversee a team of Field Service Technicians throughout the region and act as the advocate for our customers by collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Service teams to continually enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring their training, qualifications, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Cultivate a robust safety culture within the team.
- Strategically plan and coordinate field service activities to align with customer expectations.
- Act as the primary contact for customer issues and escalation processes.
- Define, implement, and uphold service standards, processes, and policies.
- Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and work orders while supporting the growth of our service business.
