Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:Apprentice training or equivalent experience with proficiency in electrical engineering principles. Experience with electrical systems: 415v AC 3-phase motor contactor control circuits, knowledge of both squirrel cage and wound rotor motors, and familiarity with 110/48 volt relay and contactor circuits. Exposure to frequency speed control devices is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge of medium to large drive couplings, brakes, and reduction gearboxes. Awareness of safety risks associated with working at heights. Preferred experience with overhead cranes and hoists (training will be provided). A willingness to work a rostered day shift pattern of 5 days out of 7 (39 hours per week), with scheduled weekend work attracting enhanced pay premiums. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions. A proven commitment to safety protocols. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Willingness to put in extra hours as needed. A valid driving license.
