About You and The Role
As a Field Support Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer sites, known as Zipping Points. These strategic partner pickup locations are where goods are loaded into Zipline aircraft for swift delivery to customers. Your responsibility will be to ensure that each Zipping Point operates seamlessly, safely, and maintains Zipline's exemplary standards of reliability and quality.
What You'll Do
- Maintain site readiness by upholding cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of each Zipping Point in accordance with Zipline standards.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks and inspections on Zipping Point systems and equipment to guarantee consistent operational performance.
- Identify and report issues, escalating technical or operational errors to the appropriate teams promptly for resolution.
