REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with tools for assembling, repairing, and maintaining technical hardware in a maritime setting. A natural curiosity and capability to independently research and learn new technical components or concepts. Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally towards shared objectives. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams across different time zones. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including significant periods spent offshore on various vessels.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Anduril Maritime team comprises passionate professionals committed to advancing subsea technology and delivering innovative solutions that address our clients' challenges. We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Test Operator to join our Dive-XL Field Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will support onshore and offshore test events, ensuring vehicle readiness, and utilize your technical expertise to operate our state-of-the-art systems under challenging and dynamic conditions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Prepare for field deployments, including identifying, sourcing, and assembling AUV (Autonomous Undersea Vehicle) test and support equipment.
  • Conduct thorough daily inspections and system checks of AUVs before and after operations.
  • Manage AUV launch and recovery procedures, assist in daily test operations, and contribute to the creation of test reports.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of AUVs in the field.
  • Support the development, review, and testing of Standard Operating Procedures and user documentation for all aspects of AUV operations.
  • Assist with the preparation of risk assessments for testing and related activities, identifying and implementing necessary mitigations.
