Join us as we transform the aerospace industry! BETA is on the lookout for an innovative thinker to collaborate with our manufacturing teams in developing and optimizing processes for the Final Assembly Line (FAL). You will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team, working to create solutions that enhance production efficiency while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Your role will span from the design phase of new programs through to achieving stable and reliable production.


As a FAL Technician, your responsibilities will include the installation of critical systems such as cabin wall liners, center monuments, landing gear, and wiring harnesses. You will engage in hands-on assembly tasks daily, while also focusing on refining manufacturing layouts and continuously improving quality and throughput to meet our ambitious business objectives. Collaborating closely with your colleagues, you will seamlessly integrate design changes from ongoing product development into existing build processes. Expect daily challenges and plenty of opportunities to enjoy your work.


Key Contributions to Revolutionizing Electric Aviation:
  • Hands-on installation and testing of various aircraft systems.
  • Deepening your understanding of manufacturing processes as the primary process owner.
  • Conducting in-process quality control inspections and actively addressing process deviations while participating in troubleshooting efforts.
  • Maintaining precise and clear manufacturing documentation in compliance with internal and external quality standards, including up-to-date assembly process documentation and process data (e.g., fastener torque, electrical checks). Your commitment to organization will ensure that build processes and manufacturing data are easily auditable.
  • Performing regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance on manufacturing equipment, alongside routine preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keeping meticulous maintenance logs for all machines, tools, and jigs in SubCell.
  • Providing regular productivity reports and incident reports as required.
  • Utilizing all mandated safety equipment and adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
