KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Equipment Maintenance and Repair:Ensure optimal uptime of EMI equipment (including Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma, Taping, Mounting, and De-taping) by adhering to performance goals.Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to facilitate uninterrupted production workflows.Preventive Maintenance:Execute all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and equipment conversions within designated timelines.Aim for zero issues post-maintenance.Performance Improvement:Enhance Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to achieve or surpass targets.Continuous Improvement:Identify and resolve recurring problems to boost equipment reliability and operational efficiency.Work closely with the engineering team to execute process enhancements.Documentation and Reporting:Keep comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.Prepare and submit reports detailing equipment status and any discrepancies from goals.Safety and Compliance:Follow safety procedures and ensure maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.Participate in Safety and 6S audits and training sessions.
