You Will:Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow to process substantial data volumes from various sources, including internal databases, third-party APIs, and external systems. Act as the subject matter expert for our Redshift data warehouse, optimizing queries and tables while ensuring data integrity. Construct and sustain data models that provide a singular source of truth for crucial business metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with finance business process owners to co-develop and implement data quality checks and monitoring, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Document data pipelines, data models, and business logic to guarantee maintainability and transparency. As a Finance Analytics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our Finance team, helping to mold our data ecosystem. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that convert raw data into a reliable and trustworthy source of truth for the Finance organization and beyond.

Your expertise will bridge the Finance and Data Engineering teams, utilizing your finance domain knowledge to comprehend their data requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and create the necessary data infrastructure. Your contributions will significantly influence financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making throughout the company.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Finance Data, working from our San Mateo, CA office on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
