Role overview
The Finance team at Brex is responsible for planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and ROI analysis. Team members collaborate closely with other departments to align on company goals and play an active part in shaping outcomes. This group influences company strategy and supports long-term value creation, not just reporting results.
Location and work model
This Finance Associate role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Brex follows a hybrid work model: employees work from the office at least three days each week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Up to four weeks of fully remote work per year are also available.
What you will do
- Join as one of two Finance Associates, each starting with a different workstream within Corporate FP&A
- Rotate roles over time to gain broad experience across the function
- Contribute directly to business strategy and executive reporting, with meaningful ownership from the start
- Support AI-driven initiatives and help evolve Brex's financial systems
- Work with AI as a core part of the finance workflow, not just an occasional tool
