Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee accounting and bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledgers, and month-end closures. Manage accounts payable and receivable, handling vendor payments and tracking outstanding balances. Conduct regular bank reconciliations alongside COD and payment gateway reconciliations. Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial documents and transactions. Assist with statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory mandates. Generate financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Support both internal and external audit processes. Collaborate with various teams to streamline financial workflows. Initiate process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. What Makes You a Great Fit:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B. Com/M. Com preferred). Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar tools. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proactive mindset aiming for continuous process improvement.
