About the Team You'll Join The Finance Manager (FP&A) position at Toss Securities is part of the Finance Division, collaborating closely with Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams. You will work in close partnership with finance teams across subsidiaries, Product Owners, Data Analysts, and the strategic team. Our finance team comprises professionals with 5 to 15 years of experience, bringing diverse backgrounds from finance, securities, general trading, and e-commerce. We aim to cultivate a top-tier finance team that enhances Toss Securities' innovative journey. Your Responsibilities Financial Planning and Performance Analysis Support data collection and analysis for quarterly and annual financial planning. Conduct variance analysis to identify causes and improvement directions through performance evaluation against budgets. Analyze KPIs and cost flows by department and compile reports on the findings. Budget Management and Oversight Consolidate and organize budget requests from various departments and execute the budget allocation process. Regularly monitor the execution status of annual and quarterly operational budgets (including personnel costs). Review the validity and trends of major cost items (marketing, outsourcing, CAPEX, etc.). Assist in data entry, accuracy verification, and automated reporting within the budget systems (e.g., ERP). Manage FP&A-related data flows accurately, including internal transactions and cost allocations. Financial Partnering with Business and Product Teams Provide metric analysis and budget utilization details as requested by product and marketing teams. Prepare quantitative data from a financial perspective for spending plans and new initiatives of each organization. Support profit and loss estimates or scenario analysis for short-term business proposals. Support for Overseas Business/Subsidiaries (Participation in Early Stages) Assist in data collection and report preparation related to overseas subsidiaries and businesses. Organize performance data for subsidiaries and prepare it for HQ reporting. Manage reporting systems based on a fundamental understanding of consolidated profit and loss structures. Participate in testing and validating systems/reports when establishing overseas FinOps systems. We Are Looking for Candidates Who: Have 3 to less than 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate planning, strategic finance, or investment analysis. Possess experience in organic collaboration with product-based organizations and business departments. Demonstrate modeling capabilities for financial analysis based on diverse business models. Have expertise in sophisticated financial modeling and scenario-based decision-making structure design. Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills, especially in effective communication with C-level executives and overseas organizations. Possess a solid foundation of knowledge in finance, accounting, and taxation (IFRS, K-GAAP, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial strategy at high-growth companies or fintech/tech-based startups. Experience in global business operations and managing multinational subsidiaries. Experience in enhancing ERP, FP&A systems, and BI-based reporting. Participation in capital market-related projects such as fundraising, IPOs, and M&A. Experience in leading the enhancement of BI tools, ERP/FP&A systems. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (MBA, CPA, CFA preferred).
