Key Responsibilities:1. Regulatory Compliance & Statutory FilingsOversee all FEMA/RBI compliance requirements, including ODI filings, APR, FLA, Form FC, UIN maintenance, and ECB/CCD reporting. Ensure timely submissions for GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), TDS/TCS filings, and advance tax. Evaluate direct and indirect tax implications on various business contracts. Provide support for corporate restructuring and transaction advisory. Coordinate with Big-4 and mid-tier auditors for statutory and internal audits across all entities.2. Treasury & Fund ManagementManage multi-currency bank accounts and mitigate foreign currency exposure across different jurisdictions. Track and administer structured financial instruments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare monthly cash burn reports, escrow reconciliations, and cash-flow forecasts. Maintain banking relationships and oversee credit lines and payment gateway settlements.3. Accounting & Financial ReportingHandle comprehensive bookkeeping and prepare financial statements for all entities. Generate standalone and consolidated MIS reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements monthly. Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with Ind AS. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.4. Financial Planning & Decision SupportDevelop financial models to support strategic decision-making. Participate in budget preparation and variance analysis. Provide insights to senior management on financial performance and operational efficiencies.

Working closely with the finance head, you will be instrumental in developing and formalizing financial processes, collaborating with external and internal auditors, and engaging with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Chartered Accountancy while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
