We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related quantitative field. Over 6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics roles. Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with GTM teams, to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in financial modeling, with the ability to comprehend and update complex financial models in line with industry best practices. Expertise in Google Sheets is advantageous. Strong data analysis skills, capable of translating business inquiries into actionable, data-driven insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data through detailed reports, charts, and narratives. Familiarity with GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics.

This role offers the chance to strategically analyze consumption growth drivers and collaborate with our Go-To-Market (GTM) team to create meaningful impact.

As a finance expert experienced in high-growth environments, you will independently tackle complex problems, leverage your extensive skills in financial analysis, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. You will utilize first principles thinking to devise innovative solutions for emerging challenges.

The impact you will have includes:

  • Utilizing analytical skills to solve problems, synthesizing large sets of data to facilitate efficient decision-making, and leading the complete recommendation process.
  • Developing trusted partnerships across Sales, Finance, Commercialization, Data Science, Accounting, IT, Business Operations, and their technical teams.
  • Finding innovative solutions for data challenges and translating them into clear narratives and presentations.
  • Building and maintaining financial and operational models to provide real-time forecasts for critical financial metrics.
  • Collaborating with the GTM team to propose and implement solutions that enhance key financial metrics.
  • Leading efforts for process improvement, standardization, simplification, and the installation of proper controls and reporting enhancements.
