Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial process automation, with a solid grasp of finance and accounting principles. Expertise in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Power BI), automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and database management. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities. IT Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel; knowledge of SAP, UiPath, VBA, or similar tools is advantageous.

As a Finance Process Automation Specialist, you will be instrumental in refining and automating financial processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to develop and implement innovative automation tools that enhance financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Program Development and Execution

  • Design, program, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for financial operations using suitable tools and technologies to identify automation opportunities and enhance existing processes.
  • Assess and select the most effective automation tools and technologies for optimizing financial processes.
  • Develop RPA or automation tools that ensure seamless integration with current financial systems, ERP software, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with finance end-users to collect feedback and make necessary adjustments for continuous process improvement.
  • Document automated processes comprehensively, including specifications, user manuals, and training resources.
  • Keep documentation current to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
  • Train end-users on newly established automated processes and tools. Provide continuous support to address any concerns or issues related to automated financial workflows.
  • Monitor the performance of automated processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement enhancements.
