About the team:
The Process Innovation team within Finance is dedicated to establishing the necessary workflows, data, and controls to support Finance as well as the broader business as it scales. The team adopts a cross-functional perspective on finance initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure operational readiness, compliance, and smooth execution. The emphasis is on fostering growth and scalability through effective processes, dependable data, and systems, while proactively identifying challenges and driving ongoing enhancements across vital finance operations.
About the role:
We are in search of a Finance Automation & Data Specialist to ensure that Finance is fully equipped to support business growth, product launches, and critical operational decisions. This role is highly operational and cross-functional, serving as the liaison between Finance, Data, Product, and Business to ensure readiness across processes, data, and systems.
You will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing finance readiness, scaling reporting, and data infrastructure, ensuring that core finance operations function seamlessly as the business evolves. This position combines strong operational leadership with hands-on engagement across data, systems, and process improvements.
