Your Role
As a Financial Controller, you will provide insights into our finances and collaborate with the general director to set strategic direction. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all financial data for our Dutch entity. Furthermore, you will analyze financial information and prepare monthly reports for our parent company. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day tasks as well as project-based work, such as launching new products and generating associated financial reports. Your specific duties will encompass:
Processing purchase and sales invoices, expense claims, and bank statements in Exact Globe;
Analyzing financial data at the end of each month;
Preparing financial reports for the parent company in Denmark;
Creating internal monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
Developing sales budgets and forecasts;
Preparing and assembling the annual report documentation;
Contributing to strategic decisions and serving as a sounding board for the general director;
Managing and overseeing payroll and personnel administration;
Occasionally monitoring accounts receivable.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A 32-hour workweek is also an option.
