Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Controller - FP&A to take charge of financial oversight and analytics. This pivotal role will involve monitoring financial data, developing insights to gauge performance across multiple regions including the US, UK, and SEA, and contributing to the strategic growth of our company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly margin calculations.
  • Reporting on financial performance and devising action plans to enhance metrics.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and CFO to define and update the business plan.
  • Conducting month-end closing reviews and creating analytical management accounts to assess monthly and year-to-date deviations.
  • Reporting on monthly cost accounting and providing insights on financial trends.
  • Establishing an analytical cost structure to optimize resource allocation efficiency.
  • Developing financial models for various scenarios to assess their impact on business units.
  • Assisting in projects aimed at enhancing margin control scalability.
  • Participating in preparations for annual audits.
  • Supporting cross-departmental colleagues with project accounting and finance inquiries.
  • Managing a Rolling Forecast model to set and track targets across business lines.
