Your Responsibilities:
Oversee all local financial controlling activities, ensuring close collaboration with Nomios Germany, the Nomios Group, and external partners (auditors, tax advisors).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including necessary audits, reconciliations, and management reports.
Develop and generate dashboards, forecasts, and financial reports that provide clear insights into performance, trends, and risks.
Monitor key financial metrics such as order intake, invoicing, margins, supplier discounts, cash flows, receivables, and strategic KPI priorities.
Manage local processes related to payroll, commissions, and bonuses in close coordination with management and HR.
Establish robust, country-specific processes in collaboration with Business Operations (e.g., receivables management, spare parts management, logistics).
