YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to take charge of our core financial operations, ensuring disciplined, scalable, and controlled processes throughout the organization. This position requires a strong focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) while overseeing broader finance operations, perfect for someone who excels in building structure, driving execution, and ensuring tasks are completed. You will play a vital role in maintaining our financial operations' accuracy, reliability, and audit readiness in a rapidly growing startup environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead and manage core financial operations with a strong emphasis on Procure-to-Pay processes.
Guarantee the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices, approvals, and payments.
Enhance and uphold internal controls across financial workflows.
Oversee payment processes and financial commitments to avoid errors, delays, and inefficiencies.
Detect process gaps and implement enhancements to support scaling.
