Proven expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and IoT (connectivity/sensor/data) challenges. A strong systems thinker who comprehends the broader perspective and designs processes to address root causes effectively. Self-driven, motivated, and solution-oriented—capable of identifying issues proactively. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with SQL, JIRA, and inventory systems (e.g., Oracle) is advantageous.

Role Overview

As a Fleet Quality Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our robot operations, expertly assembling, maintaining, and deploying delivery robots. You will lead initiatives to diagnose and rectify hardware, electrical, and IoT challenges. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and dynamic environment, who takes pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical authority during robot deployments, swiftly identifying and addressing mechanical, electrical, and software integration challenges as they arise.

  • Lead the root-cause analysis and resolution efforts for fleet quality issues that affect launch success or fleet operational uptime.

  • Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools, and diagnostic protocols for frontline teams to minimize downtime and enhance serviceability.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to ensure a feedback loop between product challenges and their resolutions.

  • Provide structured insights to Product & Engineering teams and assist in the field testing of new hardware, software, or procedural changes.

  • Create user-friendly dashboards, diagnostic logs, and technical documentation that facilitate cross-team adoption.
