We operate during flexible hours to meet customer needs, including early mornings, late evenings, and even 24/7 service at select locations.
Your Role as a Variable Schedule Operations Associate
In the role of Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will enjoy the flexibility of choosing your own shifts through our scheduling app. Shifts may be available in advance or arise spontaneously based on business demand. You will be required to work at least one shift every four weeks, with each shift lasting a minimum of four hours. This monthly commitment will also allow you to stay informed about any changes in processes and connect with the Site Leadership Team.
Reliability and effective communication are crucial; when you commit to a shift, we depend on your punctuality and performance. You will begin with a comprehensive onboarding and training session, followed by one 4-hour on-the-job training shift to ensure you are fully prepared to fulfill your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders as they come through the app, ensuring accuracy before handing them off to Dashers.
- Manage inventory levels and spoilage, ensuring all items are stocked appropriately and within shelf life limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a delightful experience for all customers.
