Role overview
This is a fully remote Administration & Operations Specialist position for fluent Dutch speakers, based in Istanbul, Turkey. The role is part of a multicultural team focused on daily operations. What you will do
- Prepare, process, and maintain sales invoices accurately, and assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and contract-related questions.
- Verify customer orders and ensure correct entry of details in internal systems.
- Keep customers informed about order status and administrative processes.
- Enter, update, and monitor sales contracts in the database, maintaining high data quality standards.
- Perform general administrative duties, including reception support and office management.
- Assist with internal operational projects and daily operations.
- Facilitate communication between departments and clients to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Organize documentation and administrative records, tracking deadlines and follow-ups.
