What You Need to Succeed:Proficiency in English (minimum C1 in both spoken and written);At least 1 year of experience in customer support;Exceptional writing and communication abilities;Capacity to learn and adhere to specific procedures;Strong analytical thinking and research skills;A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor;A personal computer (minimum 8GB of RAM) with a stable internet connection (at least 45 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload).
