Position Details
Status: Regular & Temporary Full/Part-Time, Casual Opportunities
Location: Multiple Locations
Shift: Days/Evenings/Nights
Shift Times: 0715-1345 / 0715-1530 / 1515-2145 / 1100-0715
Rate of Pay: $16.20 - $20.02 (Union Dependent)

The Opportunity

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Food Services Manager, you will provide outstanding customer service to clients, families, visitors, and staff following established guidelines. Your key responsibilities include ensuring a safe, sanitary, and visually appealing dining experience for all Carewest patrons. This role also involves food preparation, portioning, and serving, all while upholding Carewest’s standards of professional, ethical, and safe service. Effective communication and prioritization skills are essential for success in this role, along with the flexibility to perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school graduation or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English

Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in food services is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under general supervision
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are required.
