About the Role
We are currently looking for a Force Development LIN Manager and Analytics to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G-8, specifically assisting the Director of Material. This role is essential for providing the DCS G-8 and the Force Development Directorates with specialized analytic expertise and comprehensive programmatic support in force development processes, analysis, integration, information systems, force modernization, and the equipment fielding processes essential for the Army's mission.
The Force Development LIN Manager and Analyst will collaborate with the Equipping Plans and Operations division. Responsibilities include drafting timely information papers, decision papers, weekly Director’s notes, executive summaries, and briefings for Senior Army leadership. The individual will also coordinate documentation with various Army staff elements, develop professional briefing packages, and formulate responses to taskers. Additionally, they will create training materials for the semi-annual AO Training Course and maintain LIN information and processes with monthly updates. Using appropriate tools, they will provide analytics and reports and develop supporting written business processes and flowcharts for Procurement Unit Cost (PUC) Management.
This position is based in the National Capital Region at a client site, pending client approval and contract award.
