Your Role

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between Freeplay and our clients. Conduct workshops, prototype innovative solutions, and guide them through the implementation process to maximize their Freeplay experience.

  • Technical Leadership: Utilize your profound knowledge of the generative AI landscape, particularly around testing, evaluation, and optimization strategies for LLMs and RAG systems, to demonstrate the best applications of Freeplay.

  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions using Freeplay combined with industry best practices.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Take ownership of our client-facing documentation, ensuring it is clear, comprehensive, up-to-date, and valuable. Disseminate your expertise to both clients and internal teams.

  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional technical support, addressing complex issues and ensuring clients maximize their use of our platform.

  • Product Feedback Loop: Work closely with our product team to relay insights from customer interactions, influencing the continuous enhancement of our platform based on real-world applications.
