About the Role
As one of our pioneering Forward Deployed Engineers, you will operate at the crucial intersection of sales, engineering, and customer engagement. Your role involves comprehending how advanced hardware teams operate, guiding deployments, and facilitating adoption, ensuring that our customers are equipped with the insights and tools necessary to attain significant results.
This position is perfect for individuals who have a background in hardware engineering and have a passion for collaborating with customers to solve complex challenges. You will empower leading hardware companies to transform their operational methodologies.
What You’ll Do
Own the Technical Win: You will play a vital role in the sales process, driving custom demos and managing trial/POC execution, which is critical for securing new business for Flow Engineering.
Understand and Map Customer Workflows: Collaborate with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their workflow, address pain points, and prioritize solutions tailored to their needs.
Conduct Technical Enablement Sessions: Identify and showcase how Flow can enhance the customer’s development process through workshops, training, and collaborative solution sessions.
Shape Our Roadmap: Act as the liaison between our customers and the engineering team to develop innovative solutions. Your insights will be essential in crafting the future roadmap of our product.
Establish the GTM Foundation: Assist in developing and defining Flow’s activation strategies for key customers. You will contribute to the design of our technical GTM playbook, implementation guides, and training materials for future team members.
About You
Solid Software Engineering Fundamentals: Proficient in designing, testing, and operating services at scale within a cloud environment.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
