You are a business-savvy engineer who thrives in customer interactions and enjoys tackling challenges from start to finish. Perhaps you aspire to launch your own startup in the future but are still exploring ideas.
Your background may include experience at a Silicon Valley startup or a well-known Unicorn, and now you seek to join a rapidly growing startup that has achieved product-market fit. You are eager for a customer-facing role that bridges the gap between sales and core engineering.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to provide comprehensive solutions, from identifying pain points to designing and implementing effective resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and go-to-market teams to successfully close deals and onboard customers.
- Facilitate product feedback loops that inform and influence the product roadmap.
First 90 Days
- Connect with Customers: You will participate in ongoing implementations, engage in customer calls, and gain a deep understanding of homecare scheduling operations. By the end of the first month, you will manage your own customer relationships.
- Iterate with Customers: You will diagnose and resolve customer issues directly, creating quick solutions to facilitate go-lives and tailoring customizations to meet agency needs.
- Contribute to Product Development: Identify patterns across customer interactions, such as common friction points or repeated requests, and work with the team to translate these insights into product improvements.
