In this position, you will engage directly with our customers as a trusted advisor, playing a crucial role in defining and showcasing the value of our offerings throughout the sales process. Your natural curiosity, independent thinking, and strong problem-solving capabilities will allow you to collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Engineering teams to ensure that our customers' needs and insights are central to our AI-powered solutions.What will I be doing?Lead technical discovery to identify and fulfill customer needs.Deliver an outstanding pre-sales experience by effectively communicating Intercom's value and technical prowess.Conduct meaningful, value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.Design and execute tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs) that exhibit Intercom's capabilities.Act as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security inquiries, leveraging standardized materials and addressing complex issues as needed.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to advocate for the customer voice, collecting feedback and insights for product development.Build trust with customers by approaching challenges with empathy and curiosity.Continuously enhance processes and contribute to developing a best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbook at Intercom.Commit to customer success, ensuring lasting value and proactively resolving challenges.
