Fully remote work may be possible in some cases, but those outside Austin could need to travel to headquarters occasionally. Travel up to 25% may be required, including on-site visits for deployment, troubleshooting, and integrating the platform at customer locations. Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients to define, implement, and support AI solutions in production environments. Design, build, and deploy intelligent workflows that enable multi-step reasoning, tool use, and decision-making within production systems. Debug and improve data pipelines and AI systems operating on client networks. Translate complex or ambiguous client needs into clear technical solutions. Contribute across the stack, from running model inference on consumer hardware to automating infrastructure. Review hardware schematics and logs to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise clients, acting as the external face of the engineering team. Share feedback and insights with internal teams to help refine and improve products.
