About the Role

You will be part of WTF Studio, a new vertical at Hexa, led by **Raphaël Vullierme, a distinguished serial entrepreneur (known from Luko), Partner at Hexa Start, and Louise, our Go-To-Market Lead.

Our Working Style: We act as the '3rd Co-founder.' Our mission is to identify unique ideas, recruit exceptional Founders to drive them, and support them from inception to Series A funding.

This role marries the strategic acumen of venture capital, encompassing market analysis, thesis development, and access to elite networks, with the exhilarating journey of bringing ideas from concept to reality. You won’t just identify winners; you will collaborate with founders to forge their success.

Your Mission:

You will closely collaborate with Louise and Raphaël to:

1. Strategy & Validation: Assist us in transforming initial concepts into validated opportunities. You'll analyze market landscapes, chart competitive dynamics, and engage with industry leaders to convert a fleeting idea into a scalable business model.

2. Launching New Ventures: Partner with the Studio team to assemble exceptional teams and aid them in securing their initial customers and design partners.

3. Supporting Our Portfolio: Function as a 'GTM SWAT Team' for our active startups, helping their founders navigate challenges and accelerate growth.
