We are seeking a dynamic Founders Associate Intern to collaborate closely with our CEO and contribute to the operational and growth strategies of Finto. This is not a traditional support role; you will be integral to the decision-making process, managing substantial projects, and rapidly engaging in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and operational tasks. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to witness enterprise sales and early-stage recruitment firsthand, equipping you with foundational insights from day one. If you aspire to understand the intricacies of building a company from the inside, this is your chance.

Our headquarters are located in Munich, with a strong connection to San Francisco through Y Combinator.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the CEO on daily operations, encompassing sales processes, deal support, marketing strategies, and recruitment initiatives.
Lead GTM initiatives: assist in preparing and tracking sales conversations, refining messaging, and facilitating outreach to enterprise clients.
Manage recruitment operations: identify, engage, and coordinate top talent as we expand our team.
