We're looking for a proactive go-getter who can turn opportunities into action.Conduct thorough research on target accounts, mapping organizational structures, and identifying the right contacts—whether it's the Engineering Manager feeling the operational pain, the VP of Engineering assessing AI tools, or the Staff Engineer who is intrigued yet skeptical.Develop multi-step outbound sequences, testing various messaging strategies and calls-to-action, while rapidly iterating based on effectiveness.Utilize customer-centric language that resonates with engineers, ensuring our outreach feels authentic and relatable.Collaborate with the Founding Team to Establish Outbound Sales ProcessesDefine and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), target personas, and buying triggers through data-driven experimentation.Create qualification criteria to differentiate between worthwhile meetings and polite declines.Set up dashboards, KPIs, and a reliable process for pipeline creation.Document successful strategies to ensure they are replicable, paving the way for future team members you will help recruit.
