Location: Berlin Mitte Target Start Date: Q3 2026 (August / September) Compensation: €55,000+ Base / €110,000+ Uncapped OTE (True 50/50 split)

Your primary focus will be on engaging with German School Authorities (Schulträger). While navigating the complexities of public sector sales can be challenging, this product is designed to resonate with its audience. The Socratic AI platform is capable of interpreting student handwriting, customizing learning experiences in real-time, and significantly reducing teachers' grading workload. Once you present the product, its effectiveness speaks for itself; your main task will be to secure meetings and demonstrate its value.

Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Engage in cold outreach, networking, and innovative strategies to penetrate public sector accounts.
- Dynamic Networking: Trust is crucial in public sector sales. You will participate in numerous trade shows, connecting with educational leaders and representing a vibrant brand noted for its disruptive presence.
- Comprehensive Sales Execution: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.
