In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the establishment of comprehensive processes and systems that will define our end-to-end sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include generating and closing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with business owners, and maximizing customer success on TikTok Shop through our innovative platform.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead the complete sales cycle, from outbound sourcing to closing deals and maintaining relationships with your portfolio of clients.
Develop your sales pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, events, partnerships, and leveraging AI-driven tools for efficiency.
Guide prospects from initial engagement to successful onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the founders and leadership team to maintain robust feedback loops across product, engineering, and customer success departments.
Contribute to laying the groundwork for the future sales organization as the company expands.
