As a Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will directly report to the VP of Sales and play a pivotal role in establishing our sales pipeline. This role is not about following a predefined script; you will be instrumental in crafting our outreach strategy. You will take charge of the entire outbound sales process: identifying target accounts, creating impactful messaging, and transforming cold outreach into valuable opportunities for our team.

Your Role

  • Drive new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential leads. Collaborate with Account Executives and senior leadership to develop and execute account outreach plans.
  • Initiate proactive connections with prospects, schedule discovery calls, and facilitate introductions to Account Executives for seamless follow-up.
  • Maintain precise and updated records of all activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to uncover new business opportunities.

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in an Enterprise BDR/SDR role within the SaaS sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated skill in generating pipeline through outbound efforts, particularly in breaking into enterprise accounts and engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Strong comprehension of enterprise sales processes, including navigating complex buying journeys, multi-threading, and stakeholder mapping.
  • A self-starter with a robust work ethic and a hunter mentality; driven by results and ownership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
