Position Overview:
We are excited to grow our Enterprise Sales team and are on the lookout for a Founding Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating a qualified pipeline with large self-funded employers (20,000+ employees), benefits consultants, and strategic channel partners.
As a frontline member of our go-to-market strategy, you will research target accounts, engage multiple stakeholders, and convert interest into meetings and engaged prospect accounts for our Enterprise Account Executives (AEs). You will help establish the outbound sales motion playbook as a founding member of the BDR team.
This role requires a blend of strategic outreach, learning about PBM/domain specifics, and close collaboration with our Marketing, Proposals, and Community teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the top-of-funnel sales efforts for enterprise accounts:
- Develop the BDR playbook for outbound prospecting.
- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound qualification.
- Enhance the top-of-funnel sales through warm and outbound prospecting campaigns.
