Role Overview:

As the Founding Lead Recruiter at Charge Robotics, you will be an integral member of our people and talent team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a robust recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. You'll have the opportunity to significantly influence our team’s growth and culture as we strive to transform the solar industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and establish our talent acquisition processes from the ground up.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and build a diverse pipeline of talent.
  • Enhance the interview and onboarding experience to attract and retain top talent.
  • Promote Charge Robotics' mission and values to potential candidates.
