About the Role

As the inaugural Founding Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Netic, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to generate a robust sales pipeline.

We seek a passionate and strategic SDR who is ambitious in pursuing our target customers. You will work closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to create qualified leads, directly contributing to Netic's growth while helping to refine our prospecting system for optimal performance.

You will have the opportunity to innovate our SDR processes by exploring new tools and providing feedback to the GTM Engineering team, enhancing our operational capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline. Your primary focus will be to secure meetings with target accounts through thorough research, high-quality communication, and creative outreach strategies. Outbound calling will be a critical aspect of your role.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Netic’s products and the competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to design and implement effective outbound campaigns.

  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.

  • Ensure CRM records are accurate and all prospecting activities are meticulously documented.

  • Uphold high standards in representing Netic, as we target some of the largest and most vital essential service businesses nationwide. Professionalism and quality are paramount in all your interactions.
