Your Role: Founding Product Designer
We seek a detail-oriented, systems-thinking Product Designer to join our rapidly expanding product team. This is a pivotal opportunity to craft innovative tools that will transform how the automotive sector interacts with its suppliers.
You will collaborate closely with our founding team, engineers, and industry leaders to establish an unparalleled experience for the industrial enterprise, all driven by AI.
Your Responsibilities
Define & Shape: Transform ambiguous challenges into structured product experiences. You will help determine what features are essential and how they should feel.
Design Workflows for AI Agents: Simplify intricate workflows into intuitive, action-oriented user experiences, balancing automation with user control and AI insight with human supervision.
Think in Systems: Create components and workflows that scale across various modules, teams, and use cases , from dashboards to agent actions to supplier profiles.
Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with engineers, PMs, and AI researchers to develop smart, user-friendly, high-performance interfaces.
Own the Craft: Manage the entire design process , from wireframes and user research to polished prototypes and developer handoff.
Drive Feedback Loops: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly to enhance usability and effectiveness.
Qualifications We Are Seeking
5+ years of experience creating B2B SaaS products, ideally within data-rich or workflow-intensive environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead the design of complex features end-to-end, particularly those that involve multiple user personas or integrations.
Experience in developing (and contributing to) design systems for responsive web applications.
Strong product sense , you consider not just the visual aspects but also what drives user value and business outcomes.
