About the Role 

As our inaugural Sales Development Representative focused on the German market, you will have the unique opportunity to define this newly established role and carve out your career path. This pioneering position is vital for laying the foundation of our presence in Germany and will play a significant role in our growth strategy.

Market Insights

- Act as the primary observer and analyst of the German market, offering valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Work closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to identify and research promising sales targets across specific verticals and customer segments.

Prospect Engagement

- Conduct in-depth research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects. You will know our champions and decision-makers inside out.
- Develop a thorough understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behaviors to effectively tailor engagement strategies.

Outbound Prospecting Campaigns

- Lead initiatives for generating new leads by designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns. Utilize multiple communication channels (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone calls, video messages) to attract leads in well-defined niche markets and meet your monthly revenue targets.
- Craft creative and personalized messaging that resonates with prospects across various platforms, ensuring you connect effectively.
