This role is high-volume and phone-centric while also requiring a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate possesses a builder's mentality, thrives on making phone calls, and approaches challenges with a critical eye to unlock new opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry events to cultivate a qualified sales pipeline.
- Engage in daily high-volume cold calling to logistics executives—your passion for phone communication is essential.
- Craft, test, and optimize outbound messaging, sequences, and cadences; conduct mini-experiments to identify what resonates.
- Contribute to the development of the outbound sales function: establishing processes, playbooks, tools, and workflows that facilitate scalability.
- Employ multi-threading and strategic prospecting techniques to penetrate target accounts effectively.
- Utilize AI and modern sales tools (such as Clay, Claude Code/Cowork, HubSpot, Sumble, and others) to enhance efficiency and accelerate results.
