We seek a Founding Sourcer to spearhead the recruitment efforts that will shape Runbook's future. Working in our downtown San Francisco office, you will collaborate closely with the founder and the founding team, managing the top of the recruitment funnel for key positions within the company.
This is not your typical sourcing position; it requires a unique mindset and approach.

What You’ll Do
Manage top-of-funnel sourcing for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles in a high-growth, founder-led environment
Collaborate directly with the founder and early leaders to define the criteria for ideal hires
Identify, engage, and motivate top talent through innovative, personalized outreach
Serve as an ambassador for Runbook's culture and mission
