About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Founding Technical Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in establishing our hiring infrastructure from square one. This position involves taking ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers—for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles at a pioneering AI infrastructure startup.

This is an exceptional chance to define the recruiting function and work closely with our founders in shaping our hiring processes, enhancing our employer brand, and crafting a remarkable candidate experience as we grow our engineering team from 4 to an unlimited number of engineers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and scale recruiting systems, including structured interview processes, standardized evaluation rubrics, and comprehensive hiring playbooks.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all technical roles, from niche talent to general engineering positions.

  • Develop top-notch sourcing pipelines employing innovative strategies to attract elite talent in competitive markets.

  • Collaborate closely with founders and the CEO to establish role specifications, interview frameworks, and recruitment strategies.

  • Enhance our candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.

  • Elevate our employer brand through compelling storytelling, engaging content, and active community involvement.

  • Implement data-driven recruitment practices, tracking metrics, analyzing recruitment funnels, and continuously refining our hiring processes.

  • Engage in internal HR initiatives with the Head of Operations and expand your responsibilities as the company grows.
