Mindrift is looking for a Freelance AI Workflow Engineer (AI Pilot) to join the Tendem project. This remote, part-time contract focuses on building and refining intelligent automation systems that combine large language models (LLMs) with human oversight. The position is open to candidates based in Glasgow, Scotland, or working remotely from the United Kingdom.

Project: Tendem

The Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) develops hybrid automation solutions where LLMs and human agents collaborate. The goal: create scalable, dependable workflows that automate content generation, enrichment, and communication tasks.

What you will do

  • Design and evaluate workflows that integrate with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • Develop and improve AI-powered automation systems for tasks such as content creation, enrichment, and communication.
  • Create and refine prompt frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
  • Set up automated, personalized outreach systems for email, messaging, and lead enrichment.
  • Structure and preprocess data to maintain stable model performance and reliable outputs.
  • Analyze and optimize AI-driven pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
